While we aim to ensure all event details are accurate and up to date, event information (including dates, times, venues, line-ups, and programming) may be subject to change.

 

Final event details are confirmed on the relevant ticketing platform at the point of purchase.

 

4. Ticket sales and platforms

Tickets for Back in the Day events are sold via third-party ticketing platforms. Our primary platform is SKIDDLE, but tickets may also be available on platforms such as Fatsoma, Eventbrite and FIXR​, or via any Venue-managed ticketing systems.

 

We do not sell tickets directly through this website.

 

All ticket purchases are governed by the terms and conditions of the ticketing platform or venue used to purchase the ticket. Customers are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to those terms before purchase.

 

5. Pricing and availability

Ticket prices, fees, availability, and release schedules are set and managed by the relevant ticketing platform or venue.

 

Prices may vary between platforms and over time (for example, early release vs final release tickets).

 

6. Refunds, cancellations, and changes

Event tickets are generally non-refundable, except where required by UK law or the terms of the ticketing platform used,

Refunds, exchanges, or credits are processed by the ticketing platform or venue through which the ticket was purchased and are subject to their terms.

 

Please contact the relevant ticket provider directly for refund requests.

 

7. Admission and entry

Entry to events is subject to:

 

  • valid ticket presentation

  • venue capacity limits

  • age restrictions (typically 30+ unless otherwise stated)

  • venue rules and security checks

 

We reserve the right, and venues reserve the right, to refuse admission or remove attendees for reasons including but not limited to:

 

  • intoxication

  • disorderly or unsafe behaviour

  • failure to comply with venue policies

 

No refund will be given in such circumstances.

 

8. Event experience and risk

Attendance at events is at your own risk. You are responsible for your own health, safety, and personal belongings while attending any event.

 

We are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury except where liability cannot be excluded under UK law.

 

9. Photography and video

By attending a Back in the Day event, you acknowledge that photography and video recording may take place.

 

We may use images or footage for promotional and marketing purposes, including on social media and our website. If you have concerns, please speak to event staff on the day.
