1. Overview
Back in the Day events are ticketed experiences sold through third-party ticketing platforms. We do not sell tickets directly through this website.
All ticket purchases are subject to the terms and conditions of the ticketing platform or venue through which the ticket was purchased.
2. Ticket providers
Tickets for Back in the Day events may be purchased through platforms including, but not limited to:

Eventbrite

FIXR

Venue-managed ticketing systems
Refunds, exchanges, or credits are processed by the original ticket provider, not by this website.
3. Cancellations
If an event is cancelled, ticket holders will be entitled to a refund in accordance with UK consumer law and the ticket provider’s terms.
Refunds will be issued by the ticketing platform used to purchase the ticket and may take several working days to process.
4. Changes to events
If an event is subject to a significant change, such as:

a change of date, and/or
-
a change of venue location,
ticket holders may be entitled to a refund in line with UK consumer law and the policies of the ticketing platform.
Minor changes — such as changes to DJs, running order, set times, or event format — do not usually qualify for a refund.
5. Non-attendance
Refunds will not be issued for:

inability to attend

late arrival
-
personal circumstances
-
travel disruption
-
illness or change of plans
6. Duplicate or incorrect purchases
If you believe you have made a duplicate or incorrect ticket purchase, please contact the ticketing platform directly as soon as possible. Resolution is at the discretion of the ticket provider and subject to their terms.
7. Resale and transfers
Ticket resale or transfer is subject to the rules of the ticketing platform used to purchase the ticket. We do not manage ticket transfers directly.
8. How to request a refund
All refund requests must be made directly through the ticketing platform or venue where the ticket was purchased.
We are unable to process refunds or access payment details for tickets purchased through third-party platforms.
